    III. Google reCAPTCHA

    We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our website and checkout process from fraud and abuse. The service analyzes interactions to distinguish between human users and automated systems. As of April 2, 2026, Google acts as a data processor for reCAPTCHA under the Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum. This means Google processes data solely on our behalf and only for security and fraud‑prevention purposes.

The use of reCAPTCHA is based on our legitimate interest in protecting our website, preventing fraudulent activity, and ensuring secure payment processing.

    If you are acting in the role of a buyer:

    Purpose of processing: Purchase on our website, Personal data we process: First and Last Name, Delivery address, Company name or legal entity name (if the User is a legal entity), VAT ID of the legal entity (if the user is a legal entity), Email address (username), Password (in an encrypted format), Your contact telephone number, Country of residence. Customer data (name, address, phone number, email) is transferred to third parties outside the EEA for the purpose of product delivery. The aforementioned data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), where different data protection standards may apply. Legal basis: Contract, Retention periods: 5 years after completion of the order.

    Purpose of processing: Communication with you as part of the order, Personal data we process: First and Last Name, Delivery address, Company name or legal entity name (if the User is a legal entity), VAT ID of the legal entity (if the user is a legal entity), Email address (username), Password (in an encrypted format), Your contact telephone number, Country of residence, Legal basis: Contract, Retention periods: 5 years after completion of the order.

    Purpose of processing: Sending customer satisfaction surveys, Personal data we process: Email address, first and last name, information provided in the survey, Legal basis: Legal interest in optimizing business operations and providing suitable offers, Retention periods: 1 year from the date the survey was conducted.

    Purpose of processing: Performing statistical analyses, Personal data we process: Aggregated data relating to purchases, views and other activities carried out on the website that do not allow us to identify the data subject, Legal basis: Legal interest in optimizing business operations and providing suitable offers, Retention periods: 1 year.

    Purpose of processing: Enforcement of legal claims, protection of our rights, Personal data we process: The data depends on the respective legal claim, whereby the principle of minimization is always observed, Legal basis: Law, Retention periods: According to the legislation .

    If you are acting in the role of a website visitor or potential buyer:

    Purpose of processing: Marketing communications based on profiling services,  Personal data we process: Profile information, Legal basis: approval, Retention periods: Until revoked.

    Purpose of processing: Communication with you in connection with your inquiry, Personal data we process: Email or phone number, first and last name, Legal basis: Legal interest in ensuring efficient communication with individuals, Retention periods: 3 months after completion of communication.

    If you act as a supplier:

    We process your personal data to fulfill our contractual obligations and store it for 5 years from the date of contract fulfillment or the end of our business cooperation. In the event of a legal dispute, we will store your personal data until the final decision is issued by the competent authority.

    Profiling  is the collection and processing of a data subject’s personal data to create a profile of that person. It is a method of offering you products that you may find interesting and that are tailored to your interests. We will only conduct profiling based on your consent.

    At Genpro1 d.o.o., we use the following data categories for profiling: purchase history and content, place of the purchase made, time of the purchase made.

    III. Transfer of personal data

    We will not transfer your personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:

    When our affiliated companies or third parties provide services on our behalf, such as responding to your inquiries, delivering packages, and providing services to customers, etc. These companies are prohibited from using your personal information for purposes other than those required by us or by law. Examples of these companies include delivery services, providers that send email messages, etc.

    When we share your personal information within the company or with third parties, it is to ensure the safety of our customers, protect our rights and property in the context of legal proceedings, or in other cases where we believe (in good faith) that such sharing is required by law. This includes IT and financial advisors, external legal advisors, etc.

    All third parties to whom we disclose your personal data are obligated to protect your personal data through a separate contract. Furthermore, third parties are not permitted to use this personal data for purposes outside of the contractually agreed purposes.

    In order to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will transmit personal data, such as contact details and order data, to Klarna.
