REPLACEMENT UNDER WARRANTY
The warranty on electrical products is valid for 2 years from the date of delivery (3 years if you purchased the 1-year extended warranty). If any electrical part of the device is defective during the warranty period, a new product will be sent to you free of charge as a replacement.
The guarantee does not apply in the case of:
- physical damage
- wear and tear
- Damage caused by incorrect, improper and negligent use of the item
To claim your guarantee, please send us an email to info@asiapres.com.
You will first receive an automatic response. Please respond by sending us a video that clearly shows that the product is not working (device switched on, live, connected, …).
If you are unable to provide video evidence of the defect, we will ask you to return the product to us for inspection. Unfortunately, the customer is responsible for the return postage costs; postage-paid packages will not be accepted.
ONLY APPLICATIONS THAT MEET ALL OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED CONDITIONS CAN BE SUCCESSFULLY PROCESSED.
