WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE CONTRACT
You may withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of delivery . You must return the product and thus have the option of requesting a replacement for another product or a refund of the purchase price of the product. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes physical possession of the goods.
The item should be returned undamaged, if possible in its original and undamaged packaging, and with all included parts. In the event that the product or original packaging arrives damaged or excessively used, the company reserves the right to deduct a refund based on the purchase price of the product.

Immediately after submitting and sending the form, you will receive a cancellation confirmation via email to confirm your request. If you do not receive the cancellation confirmation after submitting the form, please contact us by email info@asiapres.com.

To notify us of your return, you can also use the European model withdrawal form, which you can obtain via the withdrawal form below. Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
In this case, please print the form, fill in the missing information, and enclose the signed document in the return package. NOTE: Using this form is not mandatory and may delay the processing of your request, as returning the product without a return code requires manual processing.
Before returning the product to us, please check the order confirmation or invoice you received via your email at the time of ordering to confirm that you actually purchased the product from our online store. If you send us a product that was not purchased from us, we are not responsible for your error and will not return the package or refund the return shipping costs.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you have 14 days to return the package to our address.

Instructions:
1. Place the item(s) in a secure package.
2. Print and attach shipping label to the outside of the package.
3. Drop off the package at your local post office or courier service.
4. Ensure the package is sent within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
Note: As per EU Consumer Rights Directive, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Once the returns department receives your package, you will be sent a new replacement product within 8 business days, or the purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the order. We will refund the amount of the returned products and the cost of the cheapest delivery option (standard shipping). Priority handling, package insurance, and cash on delivery represent additional costs that can be avoided and are only carried out at the express request of the customer. Additional costs are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs; therefore, the postage costs for returning the product are non-refundable.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The exercise of the right of withdrawal is excluded for the following contracts:
- Contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
- Contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be exceeded;
- Contracts for the supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine, with the exception of subscription contracts for such publications;
- Contracts for the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection
- Contracts for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature
- Contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software, provided that the data carriers supplied have been unsealed by the consumer;
- Contracts for the supply of goods the price of which depends on fluctuations in the financial market which are beyond the trader’s control and which may occur during the withdrawal period;
- Contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the performance of which has begun after the consumer has given his express prior consent and has expressly waived his right of withdrawal.
ATTENTION: If you voluntarily return a product that is not returnable, outside the 14-day return period, outside the 14-day return period after notification of the return, or return a product that was not purchased in our store, we will only return such a product against payment of EUR 10, which represents the cost of processing an unjustified claim. Unused products will be destroyed after 2 months.
ONLY APPLICATIONS THAT MEET ALL OF THE ABOVE-MENTIONED CONDITIONS CAN BE SUCCESSFULLY PROCESSED.
